Friends4Life (F4L) is seeking dependable, energetic, and professional Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to join our Day Program team in West Jordan.

Our Day Program provides structured, skill-building support for adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities in a community-based setting. We are building a culture of accountability, consistency, and high-quality, person-centered care — and we’re looking for team members who take this work seriously.

## WHAT YOU WILL DO

As a Day Program DSP, you will

• Implement goals outlined in each client’s Person-Centered Support Plan
• Facilitate structured daily activities and community outings
• Promote independence, social development, and skill-building
• Provide assistance with daily living needs as required
• Use positive behavior support strategies and remain calm during challenging situations
• Transport clients to and from the program and community activities
• Maintain a clean, safe, and professional environment
• Complete documentation accurately and on time in accordance with compliance standards
• Participate in required trainings and ongoing professional development

This role requires energy, attentiveness, and professionalism.

## WAGE & SCHEDULE

• $13.25–$17.20 per hour (based on experience)
• Monday–Friday daytime hours
• No overnights
• All major holidays off
• Ongoing training and certification provided
• Gas and activity reimbursement (when applicable)

## QUALIFICATIONS

• Must be at least 16 years of age
• Valid driver’s license
• Valid auto insurance
• Clean driving record
• Ability to pass a criminal background check
• Ability to stand, move, and assist clients throughout the day
