Shifts Available

Saturday & Sunday, 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM

Friday & Saturday, 11:00 PM to 9:00 AM

We are seeking compassionate and reliable **Part Time - Direct Support Professionals (DSPs)** to provide hands-on support to individuals with developmental disabilities in a residential setting. The DSP plays a critical role in fostering a safe, therapeutic, and family-like environment where residents can thrive and achieve greater independence.

**What You’ll Do:**

• Assist with daily living skills and personal care
• Administer medications and document services
• Support medical appointments and community activities
• Maintain a safe, structured, home-like environment
• Communicate changes and complete required documentation
• Act as a liaison and advocate for individuals and their families, facilitating access to community resources
• Maintain compliance with all state and federal regulations, EIHAB policies, and safety standards

## Qualifications
**Minimum Qualifications:**

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 2 years of related work or life experience.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Valid New Jersey driver’s license with a clean driving record (minimum 3 years driving history).
• Must complete and maintain all required training.
• Ability to lift at least 25 pounds.
• Able to bend, reach, and move throughout an 8-hour shift.
• Perform repetitive tasks, engage in both individual and group settings, and meet strict deadlines.
