Catcher Production (765)

## Description

As a Catcher at REDWALL, you'll play a key role in our manufacturing process. You'll help ensure that our production line runs smoothly and efficiently, catching and organizing products as they come off the print press. Your work will help us maintain high standards of quality and keep our customers happy.

**Key Responsibilities:**

• Catch Garments (T-shirts, hoodies, etc.) on the manual press machine
• Quality control each item, check t-shirts and or hoodies for flaws, including but not limited to dust, dirt, tape, fingerprints, etc
• Responsible for removing erroneous ink from the garments (“perform Blowouts”)
• Communicate issues with press crew to ensure no additional garments are produced
• Responsible for counting and verifying quantities per work orders and notifying supervisor of any discrepancies
• Responsible for labeling boxes per customer specifications
• Responsible for obtaining screens for the each job on assigned press machine
• Perform other related duties as assigned by supervisor

## Qualifications
**Required Education:**

• High school diploma or equivalent experience

**Required Skills and Abilities:**

• Must be able to read and write (understand work orders, mockups and instructions in job packet)
• Must have the ability to identify colors
• Basic Math Skills (addition, subtraction, division, etc.)
• Be able to work quickly and efficiently
• Attention to detail is a MUST
• Have a positive attitude and able to follow instructions
• Be on time for work at all times (your shift)
• Maintain work area clean at all times (Before and After your shift)
• Maintain safe work environment and report any safety issues to your supervisor
• May be required to work weekends (Saturdays) and or overtime during busy period
• Candidates with knowledge in graphic arts are preferred, but not required

**Physical Demands:**

• Hands-on, fast paced printing production environment
• Standing on your feet for a long period of time 8-10 hours per day
• Will be exposed to warm or cold temperature
• Must be able to lift up to 35lbs - 50lbs.
