Packager Production (767)

## Description

As a Packager at REDWALL, you'll play a key role in our manufacturing process. You'll help ensure that our production line runs smoothly and efficiently, catching and organizing products as they come off the print press. Your work will help us maintain high standards of quality and keep our customers happy.

**Key Responsibilities:**

• Catches and folds garments coming from dryer belts
• Performs Quality Control check using computer according to company standards
• Utilizes the binning system, maintaining accuracy
• Packages and creates shipping label for the shipment
• Sorts packages according to shipping method

## Qualifications
**Required Education:**

• High school diploma or equivalent experience

**Required Skills and Abilities:**

• Must be able to read and write (understand work orders, mockups and instructions in job packet)
• Must have the ability to identify colors
• Basic Math Skills (addition, subtraction, division, etc.)
• Be able to work quickly and efficiently
• Attention to detail is a MUST
• Have a positive attitude and able to follow instructions
• Be on time for work at all times (your shift)
• Maintain work area clean at all times (Before and After your shift)
• Maintain safe work environment and report any safety issues to your supervisor
• May be required to work weekends (Saturdays) and or overtime during busy period
• Candidates with knowledge in graphic arts are preferred, but not required

**Physical Demands:**

• Hands-on, fast paced printing production environment
• Standing on your feet for a long period of time 8-10 hours per day
• Will be exposed to warm or cold temperature
• Must be able to lift up to 35lbs - 50lbs.
