Gators Attendant

## Description

Gator’s Gift Shop is seeking a friendly and dependable Attendant to deliver an exceptional guest experience. This role blends retail, customer service, and light food & beverage support, requiring strong multitasking skills and a positive, service-focused attitude.

Required availability includes Mondays, Thursdays, and Fridays from 7:00 AM to 6:00 PM, with additional availability on weekends and holidays. Flexibility to support evolving business needs is also expected.

**Key Responsibilities**

• Provide warm, attentive service to all guests
• Process transactions accurately using the point-of-sale system (cash and card)
• Assist guests with product selection and purchases
• Restock merchandise and maintain proper inventory levels
• Ensure the shop remains clean, organized, and visually appealing
• Support light food and beverage service as needed
• Follow all company policies, procedures, and safety standards
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth daily operations

**Qualifications**

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Previous experience in retail, customer service, food & beverage is a plus
• Comfortable handling cash and using POS systems
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently
