In this role, you will be at the forefront of customer interactions, handling inbound calls, sales leads, emails, and Internet chats. Responsibilities

Customer Interaction

• Respond to inbound calls, web leads, and internet chats promptly.
• Provide guidance and build rapport with customers through excellent customer service.

Appointment Setting

• Strategically schedule appointments based on customer needs.
• Conduct reminder and follow-up calls to maximize appointment attendance.

Sales and Upselling

• Sell repairs to customers who initially declined necessary work.
• Encourage customers to fill out surveys to gather valuable feedback.

Training and Development

• Collaborate with Service Advisors to understand the business and products.
• Participate in ongoing training sessions for continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Must be bilingual (Spanish/English).
• Excellent customer service skills and a professional manner.
• Maintain composure in a high-pressure environment.
• Ability to multitask during peak times of high call volume.
• Confident communicator with strong interpersonal skills.
• Organized in tracking and managing follow-up calls.
• Ambition for achieving sales targets.
• Willingness to learn new systems, including CRM tools.
• Punctuality is a must.

Additional Responsibilities

• Answer customer calls and establish follow-ups with sales appointments.
• Respond quickly to internet, phone, and live chat inquiries using email, scripts, and templates.
• Provide customers with initial product information and direct them to the appropriate dealership resources.
• Follow up with leads that are not ready to make an appointment or no-show.
• Participate in team and process development sessions, maintaining positive relationships with teammates, sales teams, and dealership management.
• Utilize the CRM tracking system daily.
• Bilingual proficiency is a must.
• 5-day work week, including holidays and most Saturdays.
