### Schedule

✔ Full-Time Position

✔ Three (3) 12-hour shifts per week

✔ Day Shift: **6:45 AM – 7:15 PM**

✔ **Every Other Weekend Required**

### 💰 $7,500 Sign-On Bonus Available!

White Oak Manor Waxhaw is currently offering a **$7,500 Sign-On Bonus** for qualified full-time LPNs. The bonus is paid in **scheduled increments throughout the first year of employment**, rewarding your commitment and dedication to our residents and team.

### Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to residents in accordance with physician orders and care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately.
• Monitor resident conditions and promptly communicate changes to the RN, physician, and interdisciplinary team.
• Complete accurate and timely documentation in the electronic medical record.
• Assist with admissions, transfers, and discharges.
• Supervise and support Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs).
• Promote a positive, respectful, and caring environment for residents, families, and team members.

### Qualifications

• Current, active **North Carolina LPN License**
• Current CPR certification preferred
• Long-term care, rehabilitation, or skilled nursing experience preferred but not required
• Strong clinical assessment and communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced healthcare setting
