**Facility shifts:**

**6:45am-7:15pm**

**6:45pm-7:15am**

**6:45am-7:15pm weekends**

**6:45 pm-7:15am weekends**

White Oak of Shelby is a renovated 160 bed skilled and rehabilitation facility located near beautiful downtown Shelby. We are located at 401 North Morgan Street, Shelby, NC 28150.

Qualifications: Active LPN in good standing with the Board of Nursing
