### 💼 **Position Details**

  • **Full-Time RN Supervisor**
  • 🕒 **Shift:** 10:45 PM – 7:15 AM
  • 📅 **Schedule:** Monday–Friday (YES, really… no weekends!)
  • 💰 **Sign-On Bonus:** $10,000
  • 💵 **Pay:** Based on YOUR years of experience
  • ➕ **$2.00/hour shift differential**

### 🏥 **About the Role**

As RN Supervisor, you will

  • Assess resident care needs and implement appropriate actions
  • Ensure high-quality nursing care across our **60-bed skilled nursing & rehab facility**
  • Implement and uphold nursing policies and procedures
  • Lead, support, and guide nursing staff to deliver exceptional care
  • Foster teamwork, engagement, and a positive culture

### 🔍 **What We’re Looking For**

We want a leader who is

  • Flexible, innovative, and solutions-driven
  • Strong in **leadership, communication, and critical thinking**
  • Organized with excellent **customer service skills**
  • Able to collaborate effectively with residents, families, physicians, and staff

**Requirements:**

  • Current, active **RN license** (in good standing)
  • Strong leadership and communication skills

**Preferred:**

  • Long-term care and/or supervisory experience
