## Astroturf Customer Support Manager
**Job Purpose**
The primary function of this role will be to service AstroTurf existing customers, direct customers to correct regional teams, and promote AstroTurf services.
**Duties and Responsibilities**

• Cold Calling Existing Customers
• Building out AstroTurf Database with correct customer information
• Taking all calls that come into the AstroTurf 1800 # and providing service or directing call to correct regional team member.
• Marketing blasts to all customers as directed by Marketing
• Marketing Promotions
• Service Specials
• General AstroTurf Updates
• Reporting on Maintenance Sales that are driven by extended outreach to customer network
• Sending out AstroTurf Warranties and tracking warranty timeline in customer database.
• Sending Field Lists to Sales Team of Existing Customer list with fields going out of warranty

## Qualifications

**Qualifications**

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree preferred; HS diploma/GED required
• Courses/Certifications/Training:
• Microsoft Office ( Word, Excel (Reporting), Power Point), Basic Computer Skills
• Experience in customer service
• Strong Communication Skills
• Familiarity with AstroTurf Maintenance practices
