About The Role
## Description
**Summary:**
The Administrative Assistant is responsible for day to day administrative duties of CSM Financial under the direction of the Finance Associate.
**Responsibilities:**
- Process various transactions for financial services and truck leasing businesses
- Support business leaders to improve process efficiency
- Perform other related tasks as assigned by the business segment leadership
**Duties:**
- Administer fuel tax reporting, investigate and approve invoices, vehicle titling and registration, etc.
- Administer loan processing including scheduling ACH batches, NSF payment reversals, loan modifications, collections, etc.
- Deposit check receipts
- Process rental check-outs and check-ins
- Create new customer records from incoming credit applications
- Other office duties as assigned
## Qualifications
**Education, Skills, Experience:**
- Associate’s degree in Accounting or related field required
- Prior experience in equipment financing or leasing is a plus
- Good understanding and knowledge of common accounting concepts
- Ability to learn systems applications
- Preferred software experience: Excel
- Strong organizational skills
- Attention to fine detail and accuracy
- Excellent written, verbal, and customer communications skills
- The ability to prioritize and handle several tasks simultaneously
**Work Environment, Physical Demands:**
- Ability to sit, stand, bend, kneel, stoop and lift/move up to 25 lbs. on a regular basis
- Ability to work in a dealership environment to include 8 - 12 hour days with frequent exposure to weather elements
