**Position Summary**: Work on a variety of projects from repair projects to equipment replacements and other maintenance projects at our 15 stores. If you like a variety of work this is the position for you. We provide company vehicle based out of one of our store locations.

**Shift**: Week days, day shift, rare weekends

**Job Duties:**

• Complete maintenance of HVAC system, carpentry, plumbing, and electrical tasks throughout our stores.

**Qualifications:** **Must be 18 years of age or older**Ability to lift 50-70 pounds consistently This position requires constant standing, walking, bending, twisting, squatting, reaching and grasping as product is moved prior experience with certification is required.

Sign-On Bonus

• $1,500 total bonus
• Paid after 90 days of employment *(or your preferred timeline)*
• Must be in good standing at time of payout

## Qualifications
**Required Qualifications**

• Must be a minimum of 18 years of age due to required operation of equipment
• Strong sense of team – ability to anticipate the needs of the team
• Ability to work at a fast paced and efficient manner
• Ability to take initiative and make decisions independently regarding department needs and priorities, under general supervision
• Excellent time management, prioritization and organization skills
• Ability to stand, walk, lift, bend, push/pull for extended periods of time
• Ability to lift to 50 pounds
• Experience reading engineering drawings, manuals and schematics
• Advanced technical training or related technical certifications
