• **What You'll Do**
• As a Site Supervisor, you'll oversee daily security operations while providing leadership and guidance to a team of security professionals.
• **Responsibilities include:**

• Supervise and coordinate security officers during assigned shifts
• Ensure all posts are staffed and operating efficiently
• Conduct patrols, inspections, and compliance audits
• Respond to incidents, emergencies, alarms, and security concerns
• Prepare detailed incident reports and maintain accurate documentation
• Coach, mentor, and support security officers
• Assist with onboarding and field training for new employees
• Enforce company policies, procedures, and post orders
• Investigate incidents and recommend corrective actions
• Promote a safe, secure, and professional work environment
• Maintain effective communication with operations leadership and site personnel

## Qualifications
**What We're Looking For**

• High school diploma or GED required
• Minimum 3 years of supervisory or leadership experience
• Valid Driver's License with a clean driving record
• Valid Guard Card (required)
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Excellent report writing and documentation abilities
• Ability to remain calm and make sound decisions during emergencies
• Strong attention to detail and customer service skills

**Physical Requirements**

• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
• Ability to conduct indoor and outdoor patrols
• Ability to work days, nights, weekends, and holidays as assigned
• Ability to work in varying weather conditions
• Ability to perform routine driving as required
