About The Role

## Description

***The Security Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily security operations, ensuring all posts are staffed, and maintaining a safe and secure environment for clients, employees, and visitors. This position provides leadership, training, and support to security officers while enforcing company policies, procedures, and post orders.***

***Key Responsibilities***

  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of security officers during assigned shifts.
  • Conduct regular patrols, inspections, and audits of the site to ensure compliance with safety and security standards.
  • Maintain accurate logs, incident reports, and documentation.
  • Ensure all officers are properly trained, equipped, and briefed on daily responsibilities.
  • Provide immediate response to incidents, emergencies, and alarms.
  • Enforce company policies, client procedures, and applicable regulations.
  • Address performance issues, provide coaching, and escalate concerns when necessary.
  • Serve as a liaison between site management, clients, and security personnel.
  • Assist with the onboarding and field training for new officers.
  • Investigate incidents and prepare detailed reports.
  • Support continuous improvement and maintain high standards of professionalism and customer service.

***Work Environment***

  • Indoor and outdoor settings
  • Managing Shift-based schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • May involve exposure to varying weather conditions and extended periods of standing, walking and driving

## Qualifications
***Qualifications***

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; security or criminal justice education preferred.
  • Minimum 2–4 years of security experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
  • Valid security license/guard card (as required by state law).
  • Valid Driver's License with no discrepancies
  • Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to write clear and accurate reports.
  • Must be able to stand, walk, and perform patrol duties as required.
  • Ability to handle stressful situations calmly and professionally.
