Are you a passionate Peer Recovery Professional who is ready to take the next step into leadership? Do you believe that lived experience, hope, and compassionate support can transform lives? If so, we invite you to join our team as the **Supervisor of Peer Support & Radiant House**.
In this leadership role, you'll oversee our Peer Support team while managing the daily operations of Radiant House, helping create a safe, supportive environment where individuals can build lasting recovery. You'll mentor Peer Support Specialists, collaborate with clinical teams, and help shape recovery-focused services that make a meaningful difference every day.
## What You'll Do
- Lead, coach, and support a team of Peer Support Specialists and Skills Trainers.
- Oversee the daily operations of Radiant House, ensuring a safe, welcoming, and recovery-oriented environment.
- Supervise, train, and develop staff through regular coaching and performance feedback.
- Collaborate with clinical and program leaders to provide coordinated, person-centered care.
- Facilitate peer support groups, educational sessions, and staff meetings.
- Build relationships with community partners and advocate for recovery resources.
- Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations while maintaining high-quality documentation and program standards.
- Monitor program outcomes and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.

## Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in social work, psychology, counseling, or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in substance use treatment, residential care, behavioral health, or a related field.
- Certified Peer Support Professional (CPSP) certification or willing to obtain within the first year of employment.
- Previous leadership experience preferred.
- Knowledge of mental health disorders and common treatment modalities.
- Ability to remain calm and make decisions in high-pressure situations.
- Indiana Certified Peer credential.
