## Description

1. Responsible for dining area set ups and clearing tables
2. Explains menu items available to residents with knowledge of food preparation and ingredients.
3. Takes meal and beverage orders from residents.
4. Serves meals and beverages to residents according to established rules of etiquette in a formal setting.
5. Checks regularly with residents throughout meal to inquire as to additional needs; replenish beverages etc.
6. Upon completion of meal; will offer dessert items; coffee, tea, etc.
7. Ensure accurate accounting practices when posting charges to resident accounts utilizing P.O.S. system.
8. Will perform other duties as assigned.
