We’re hiring an **LPN** to join our long-term care nursing team. This is a clinical role with real responsibility. You’ll know your residents, you’ll own your assignment, and you’ll be a key part of what keeps the unit running well.

**What you’ll do:**

• Administer medications and treatments per physician orders
• Monitor residents for changes in condition and communicate with the RN and care team
• Complete nursing assessments and maintain accurate documentation
• Assist with wound care, catheter care, and other clinical procedures
• Supervise and support CNAs on your assignment
• Participate in care planning and family communication as needed

## Qualifications
**What we’re looking for:**

• Current NYS LPN license in good standing
• Long-term care experience preferred, though we welcome strong candidates from other settings
• Comfortable taking ownership of an assignment and following through
• Someone who communicates well with residents, families, and teammates
• Someone who is calm under pressure and reliable
