**Job Summary***Careview Transitional Care of Weston* is seeking a compassionate, Full-Time, **Resident Assistant** to support residents in our Assisted Living community during the evening shift (2pm to 10pm). In this role, you will assist residents with daily activities, provide companionship, and help ensure a safe and comfortable environment. The ideal candidate is dependable, patient, and committed to our mission of putting people first.

**Responsibilities**

• Assist residents with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility
• Maintain a clean, safe living environment
• Help residents during meals and encourage proper nutrition and hydration
• Provide companionship and emotional support
• Respond promptly to resident call lights and requests
• Observe and report changes in residents’ condition to nursing staff
• Assist with evening routines and preparation for bedtime

**Requirements**

• Caregiving or senior care experience preferred
• STNA/CNA certification preferred but not required
• Compassionate and dependable with strong teamwork skills
• Ability to assist residents with mobility and personal care
• Ability to work the full-time 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM shift
