**Location:** Shirley, MA - Massachusetts Correctional Institution
**Schedule:** Full-Time, 40 hours per week. Schedule can be flexible!
**Pay rate:** $74,000-$85,000 Shift differential available for weekends and evenings

The **Senior Clinician** is responsible for

• Assisting the Clinical Director in supervising the provision of clinical services.
• Providing documented individual and group clinical services and case management to offenders with substance use issues.
• Working the hours required to meet the business needs of the organization.

## Qualifications
**Qualifications:**

• LADC1, LMHC or LICSW
• Master's degree in psychology, education-counseling, rehabilitative counseling, social work, or closely related field required.
• Minimum of one year of supervised counseling experience.
• At least one full-time equivalent year of clinical experience in a supervisory role.
• Experience with both substance use and mental health issues preferred.
