**Location**: Westborough, MA – Inpatient Clinical Stabilization Services (CSS) Program

**Schedule**: 2 vacancies for Sunday-Thursday 8:00am-4:30pm and 1 vacancy for Tuesday-Saturday 8:00am-4:30pm

**Pay rate**: $24.00/ hour

Clinical stabilization services serve an important role in Spectrum's treatment continuum, providing short-term residential treatment, stabilization, and comprehensive discharge planning for clients who either do not qualify for medically monitored detoxification or have already completed detox.*

The **Counselor** is responsible for

  • Providing documented individual and group clinical services and case management to clients with mental health, substance abuse, or dual diagnosis problems.
  • Performing intake assessments and completes all associated documentation within required time frames.
  • Providing quality clinical services and case management to assigned clients in accordance with Spectrum’s clinical design and in compliance with all licensing, accreditation, and regulatory bodies.
  • Developing, implementing, and revising individual treatment plans for assigned clients in established time frames with the participation of the client.
  • Demonstrating a satisfactory level of interpersonal skills to interact with clients, staff, families, vendors, and regulatory agencies.

## Qualifications
**Qualifications:**

  • A minimum of a high school diploma/GED required.
  • Bachelors degree, LADC II or CADAC certification preferred
  • Minimum of one-year supervised counseling experience in the substance abuse treatment or closely related field required
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
  • Must have basic ability in use of computers sufficient to utilize electronic health records
