## Description
**Location:** Southbridge, MA **-**Outpatient Treatment Center (Court mandated programs)
**Schedule:** Tuesday, 3:00pm - 7:00pm
**Pay rate:** $25.00 - $30.00/hour

The **P.A.V.E. ("Prevention of Abuse and Violence through Education") Program Counselor** is responsible for

• Providing quality clinical services and case management to assigned clients in accordance with Spectrum’s clinical design and in compliance with all licensing, accreditation and regulatory bodies
• Performs intake assessments and completes all associated documentation within required time frames
• Provides group treatment to clients using Spectrum curriculum and following group facilitation protocol as trained

## Qualifications
**Qualifications:**

• LADC I or CADAC certification preferred.
• Certification for IPAEP
• Minimum of a bachelor’s degree is required
