**Location:** Methuen, MA - Bright Futures Adolescent Program
**Pay rate:** $65,000-$70,000/year
**Schedule:** Tuesday- Saturday 3pm-11pm or Sunday- Thursday 3pm-11pm (determined based on business needs at time of hire)

The **Assistant Director** is responsible for

• The overall daily operations of shifts and the accountability and supervision of all line staff; maintains full responsibility for program operations in the Director's absence
• Ensuring log entries, incident reports, security checks are accurate and complete
• Training and supervising all shift supervisors on Spectrum/DYS policies and procedures
• Assisting the Program Director in training and orientation of new staff, planning managers meetings, and staff meetings
• Participating fully in the On-Call Coverage System
• Crisis management
• Interviewing and hiring program staff in concert with the Program Director
• Participating in internal investigations of serious residential incidents

## Qualifications
**Qualifications:**

• Preferably a B.A./B.S. in human services or related field preferred.
• Appropriate direct care experience working with at-risk youth and previous supervisory experience required.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills and basic computer skills including ability with Word, Excel and Outlook required.
• Must be at least 21 years of age and have a valid ID
