**Position Details**

We are adding to our Maintenance Team and seeking a highly skilled Mechanic who safely performs diagnostic, maintenance and repair of heavy equipment.

• Perform the removal, repair and installation of transmissions, engines, brakes, differentials, pumps, motors, torque converters, final drives and other heavy equipment systems or components
• Perform mechanical and lubrication preventive maintenance on machine systems such as: hydraulic, power train and engines
• Prioritize and make decisions regarding equipment repair as needed
• Perform other duties as required

• To be considered, candidates must be authorized to work in the United States.
• **Job Requirements**

• Five (5) years mechanical experience
• A valid Driver’s License
• Ability to diagnose and repair a wide variety of mechanical and electrical equipment
• Ability to safely use hand and power tools, equipment, and diagnostic devices
• Must be dependable and report to work on time
• Must exhibit a high level of safety consciousness and a clear understanding of equipment safety
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to lift 50 lbs., safely climb ladders, and regularly walk on uneven ground

Preferred Qualifications

• Five (5) years related experience, with Komatsu, Volvo, and Hitachi.
