Client Accounting Services - Manager

## Description

Jones & Roth is seeking an experienced **CAAS Accountant** to support **small- to mid-size business clients** across the firm, with a strong connection to the Central Oregon business community.

This role blends **full-cycle accounting, technology, and advisory services**—helping clients improve financial visibility, streamline processes, and make better decisions.

**What You’ll Do**

• Manage **full-cycle accounting**, including payroll and month-end close
• Deliver **timely financial reporting** with insights and recommendations
• Build and maintain **KPIs and dashboards using Syft**
• Provide **financial oversight and review** of client accounting
• Improve **processes, workflows, and internal controls**
• Support **cloud-based systems** (QuickBooks Online and integrated apps)
• Assist with **budgeting, cash flow tracking, and forecasting**
• Identify trends and communicate actionable insights
• **Supervise staff and interns**

## Qualifications
**What You Bring**

• Full cycle accounting experience (including payroll)
• Strong **QuickBooks Online** skills (certification preferred)
• Experience with **cloud-based accounting tools**; Syft or similar a plus
• Ability to develop and track **KPIs and financial metrics**
• Process-oriented mindset with strong attention to detail
• Excellent communication and client relationship skills
• Experience reviewing work and supporting team development
• Organized, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple clients
