Concessions Manager

• Lead and supervise concession staff to ensure smooth, efficient operations
• Manage cash handling, daily sales reporting, and reconciliation
• Train and develop team members in food prep, service, and safety standards
• Oversee inventory, including ordering supplies and tracking stock levels
• Ensure full compliance with food safety and health regulations
• Create staff schedules to meet demand and optimize efficiency
• Deliver excellent customer service and resolve guest concerns promptly
• Partner with management to support promotions and boost sales

## Qualifications

• Previous experience in food service management or similar role preferred
• Strong leadership and team supervision skills
• Experience with cash handling and basic financial reporting
• Knowledge of food safety standards and preparation techniques
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to train, coach, and develop team members
• Experience with coffee or specialty beverages is a plus (not required)
