**Your Role as a Producing Branch Manager**

As a **Producing Branch Manager**, you’ll lead a high-performing team while personally originating loans. You’ll be responsible for:

🔹 **Driving loan production** through strategic sales and business development.

🔹 **Recruiting, training, and mentoring** top-tier Loan Officers.

🔹 **Managing branch financials** to ensure profitability and growth.

🔹 **Building strong referral relationships** with real estate professionals, builders, and community partners.

🔹 **Developing and executing a branch business plan** to maximize success.

🔹 **Providing expert guidance** to borrowers, helping them choose the best loan options for their needs.

## Qualifications

**What You Bring to the Table**

✔ **5+ years of mortgage banking or retail branch banking experience** (including 1+ year in a leadership role).

✔ **A strong network of referral partners** and a proven ability to drive sales.

✔ **Deep knowledge of mortgage products, regulatory guidelines, underwriting, and closing procedures.**

✔ **Active NMLS license.**

✔ **A passion for leadership, mentorship, and delivering outstanding client experiences.**
