**Now Hiring Production Technicians:**

• **Day Shift:** Starting at **$16.30/hr - $20.08/hr DEPENDING ON YEARS OF MANUFACTURING EXPERIENCE**
• **Night shift differential $1.50/hr**
• **New Hire Bonus:** $500
• **Schedule:** 12-hour rotating shifts in a clean, climate-controlled environment

### **Schedule Details:**

• **Day Shift Hours:** 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM
• **Night Shift Hours:**6:00 PM – 6:00 AM
• **Rotating schedule:** Work 2 days on, 2 days off, 3 days on, then flip the schedule weekly.

## Qualifications
**What We’re Looking For:**

• We value applicants with a proven track record of reliability and steady employment.
• High school diploma or equivalent **preferred**, but **not required**
• 2–3 years of experience in manufacturing or related work is a plus
• Reliable, self-motivated individuals with strong communication skills
• Team players who enjoy a fast-paced, hands-on role
