Ford Finance Manager

## Description
**Job Purpose:**

• As a F&I Manager at D-Patrick Ford, your main goal is to help customers secure auto financing with lenders and sell them insurance products. You'll be the friendly face that guides them through the process, making it smooth and easy.

• **Salary**: Up to $250,000 annually
• **Key Responsibilities:**

• Establish and maintain good working relationships with various finance sources, both factory and otherwise.
• Submit paperwork to lenders and obtain their approval.
• Assist customers in understanding their finance options and help them choose the best one.
• Explain and sell insurance products to customers.
• Ensure all transactions are completed accurately and efficiently.
• Provide excellent customer service and build lasting relationships with clients.

**Required Education:**

• High School Diploma
• Two years of related education or three years of related experience

**Required Experience:**

• Experience in establishing and maintaining good working relationships with finance sources
• Experience in submitting paperwork and obtaining approval from lenders
• Experience in assisting customers with securing auto financing
• Experience in selling insurance products to customers

**Required Skills and Abilities:**

• Strong communication skills to interact effectively with finance sources and customers
• Ability to manage paperwork efficiently and accurately
• Good negotiation skills to secure favorable financing terms
• Knowledge of insurance products and ability to explain them to customers
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
