**Position Summary:**

We are currently seeking an experienced **CNC/Hurco Conversational Setup Operator** to join our machining team. This role requires strong **Hurco conversational programming skills** and hands-on experience with **milling, grinding, and lathe machines**. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, mechanically inclined, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, precision-driven environment.

**Responsibilities:**

• Set up and operate Hurco CNC using conversational programming
• Perform setups and machining operations on **milling, grinding, and lathe machines**
• Read and interpret blueprints, and work instructions to ensure part accuracy
• Select, install, and adjust tooling and fixtures as required for each job
• Perform in-process inspections using precision measuring instruments (micrometers, calipers, gauges)
• Maintain equipment and work area to ensure safety, cleanliness, and organization
• Work collaboratively with engineering and production teams to meet daily production goals

## Qualifications

• 3+ years of CNC machining experience required
• Hurco conversational programming experience a must
• Experience with milling, surface grinding, and manual or CNC lathes
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and GD&T
• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
• Reliable, safety-minded, and detail-oriented
