**Essential Functions:**

  • Retrieve products from designated storage locations within the warehouse.
  • Accurately read pick tickets, receiving documents, or follow oral instructions to ascertain materials.
  • Accurately identifying items based on receiving specifications and ensuring the correct quantity is selected.
  • Pick all materials into appropriate carts based on specific manufacturing location or receiving requirements.
  • Ensure materials are packed effectively to avoid damage during the put-away or pick process.
  • Coordinate the receiving process by preparing receiving labels, verifying addresses, product descriptions, and ensuring that all necessary documentation is collected and entered systematically.
  • Collaborate with vendor carriers to facilitate the timely arrival of materials.
  • Conduct visual inspections of products during the picking and receiving stages to identify any defects or discrepancies.
  • Utilize inventory management systems to update stock levels and communicate any shortages or overages, as needed.
  • Work effectively as a team to achieve daily receiving/picking goals.

## Qualifications
**Required Skills/Abilities**

  1. Ability to multitask with attention to detail in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  2. Possess a strong work ethic and self-motivated attitude.
  3. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. on a consistent basis.
  4. Ability to collaborate and work in a team environment.
  5. Strong communication skills.
  6. Ability to read and comprehend written work instructions.
