**Job Summary:**

*Join our upbeat and positive Back of the House team that offers a fun and energetic work environment. Line Cooks work at all BMR F&B Outlets based on business need.*

**Essential Duties and Responsibilities:**

• *Cooking and preparing all menu items in accordance with standards set by the lead cook and Executive Chef*
• *Stocking and maintaining sufficient levels of food on the line*
• *Food preparation and portioning prior to service*
• *Maintaining a clean and sanitary work environment*
• *Able to work in a fast-paced environment on your feet for several hours at a time.*
• *Ability to receive and carry out instructions and critical feedback.*

## Qualifications
**Job Qualifications:**

• *Experience in full-service restaurant is desired but we will train the right candidate*
• *Understanding of cooking methods, ingredients, and equipment*
• *Task-driven individual*

**Other Requirements:**

• *Ability to lift and carry 60lbs*
• *Ability to stand for duration of 10+ hour shift*
• *References required*
• *Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays*
