**What We’re Looking For**

• **Education:** Bachelor’s degree
• **Licensure in North Carolina** as an addiction/substance use specialist with QP status (CCS, LCAS, LCAS-A, or CDAC)
• **Experience:**
• 1+ year treating individuals with co-occurring disorders
• Human services experience as a Substance Use Counselor
• **Travel:** Valid driver’s license and insurance required

**What You’ll Do**

• Conduct substance abuse assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
• Deliver integrated care for members with co-occurring disorders
• Collaborate with ACTT team to provide rehabilitation, care management, and crisis support
• Apply knowledge of ACTT principles, substance use treatment, and intervention techniques
