**Job Title:** Bartender

**Location:** Newport, Oregon

**Employment Type:** Full-Time – Non-Exempt

**Job Description:** The bartender is responsible for crafting high-quality alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages while delivering exceptional customer service. The bartender ensures a welcoming and clean environment, adheres to health and safety standards and enhances the guest experience through knowledgeable and engaging service.

• Create remarkable experiences for our colleagues and guests
• Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages following established recipes and quality standards
• Provide friendly, efficient and personalized customer service to ensure a positive guest experience
• Handle cash and card transactions accurately
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment
• Follow all health, safety and sanitation guidelines to ensure compliance with food and beverage regulations.
• Stay knowledgeable about menu items, ingredients and beverage pairings, making recommendations as needed
• Work as part of a team to support daily operations, including opening and closing duties, restocking supplies and assisting coworkers when needed
• Address customer inquiries and concerns in a professional and courteous manner

## Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year bartending experience
• Proficiency in cashiering and cash handling
• Excellent customer service skills and a passion for creating memorable guest experiences
• Knowledge of health, safety and sanitation regulations
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic computer skills
