Messner Reeves LLP, a full-service, business law firm, with 10 offices nationwide, seeks an experienced **Associate Attorney in California.**

**We are hiring for the following practice areas:** General Liability, Healthcare, Personal Injury, Construction Law, Commercial Litigation, Labor and Employment, Insurance Defense, Professional Liability, Premises Liability, and Product Liability.

**The ideal candidate will possess the following:**

• **Two to five years’ experience**.
• Experience in all phases of discovery, including written discovery, and depositions.
• Excellent research, writing, and analytical skills.
• Proven ability to foster strong relationships with potential clients while maintaining excellent services for existing clients.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple complex cases concurrently.
• Self-motivated, and goal oriented with a record of meeting billable hours.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
• Candidate should be pro-active to handle necessary tasks.
• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
• **Licensed to Practice Law in California.**
