## Description
EHM Senior Solutions is seeking CNA's to join our Shared Care Services Division.

• Provide compassionate, in-home care to older adults, helping them maintain independence and dignity
• Build strong, supportive relationships with clients and their families
• Assist with personal care and daily living activities (bathing, dressing, grooming, etc.)
• Provide medication reminders to support client wellness
• Bring a positive, uplifting attitude to every client interaction
• Follow individualized care plans to meet each client’s unique needs
• Flexible scheduling with 3-hour shift increments
• Opportunities to work with 24-hour care clients
• Weekend and evening shifts available
• Serve clients throughout Washtenaw County, including Saline, North Ann Arbor, Chelsea, and Dexter

## Qualifications

• Active CNA certification in the State of Michigan
• Previous experience in senior care or customer service is helpful but not required
• Compassionate, cheerful, and positive attitude
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Willingness to learn, grow, and take initiative
• Genuine desire to support and care for older adults in their homes
