The **Plateau Travel Plaza** is opening soon, and we are building a strong front‑of‑house team to support **Three Teepees Café** in our newly remodeled and expanded property, including service on the gaming floor.

We are currently seeking a **Server** who enjoys working with people, stays organized in a fast‑paced environment, and takes pride in providing excellent guest service. This full-time position is ideal for someone who thrives on interaction, multitasks well, and understands how great service enhances the guest experience.

**What you’ll do**

• Greet guests and provide friendly, professional service
• Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently
• Serve guests in the café and on the gaming floor
• Ensure orders are delivered correctly and in a timely manner
• Handle cash, tips, and point‑of‑sale transactions accurately
• Respond to guest questions or concerns in a positive manner
• Maintain cleanliness of tables, service areas, and shared spaces
• Follow food safety, alcohol service, and guest service standards
• Support a welcoming, respectful, and team‑focused environment

**Benefits, Compensation, & Perks**

The starting wage for a **Server** is **$15.00 per hour plus tips**, **depending on experience (DOE)**, with a **shift differential for non‑standard hours**, ranging from an additional **$0.50 to $2.50 per hour**, depending on the shift worked.

## Qualifications
**A few qualities we’re looking for:**

• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast‑paced service environment
• Comfortable interacting with guests in a public setting, including the gaming floor
• Previous serving experience preferred
• **Experience as a bartender and/or barista is a plus**
• Reliable attendance and punctuality
• Availability to work varied shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Ability to pass a criminal history background check and pre‑employment drug testing upon offer of hire
• **Must be 21 years of age or older**
