## What You’ll Do

As a CNC Press Brake Operator, you’ll manufacture precision metal components that become part of our conveyor systems and custom fabrication projects.

Responsibilities include

• Set up and operate CNC press brake machines
• Read and interpret blueprints and engineering drawings
• Select tooling and machine settings for each job
• Perform first-piece and in-process quality inspections
• Measure parts using calipers, angle gauges, tape measures, and other precision tools
• Make machine adjustments to maintain quality and efficiency
• Safely move materials using overhead cranes and forklifts (training available)
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Follow all safety procedures and PPE requirements
• Work closely with welders, machinists, and production teams to meet customer deadlines

## What We’re Looking For

• Previous CNC Press Brake experience preferred
• Ability to read blueprints and fabrication drawings
• Strong mechanical aptitude
• Excellent attention to detail
• Ability to accurately read measuring devices
• Dependable attendance and strong work ethic
• Team player with a positive attitude
• Commitment to producing quality work safely
