## Description

• Identify and determine parts required for repair.
• Maintain work area appearance and safety.
• Identify warranty repairs and document on repair order
• Inspect, test, and listen to defective equipment to diagnose malfunctions, using test instruments.
• Other projects and tasks as assigned by supervisor.

## Qualifications

• Must have excellent customer service and communication skills
• Duties include repair and service of mowers, chain saws, blowers, and trimmers along with assisting in all areas of customer service, sales, inventory, stocking product
• Stihl product knowledge and repair experience are a plus- Willing to get certified in Stihl repair
• Excellent product knowledge is required
• Teamwork is also a requirement
• High school graduate or GED
• Willing to work Saturdays
