We're seeking an experienced **Multi-Site Luxury Property Manager** to oversee **The Barton** (128 luxury apartment homes located at **1811 Greenville Ave., Dallas, TX 75206**) and **Bowen on Henderson** (150 luxury apartment homes located at **2525 N. Henderson Ave., Dallas, TX 75206**).

## **What You'll Do**

As our **Multi-Site Luxury Property Manager**, you'll bring the LUMA Playbook to life by

• **Leading Two Luxury Communities:** Provide strategic leadership and daily operational oversight for both The Barton and Bowen on Henderson while maintaining the highest standards of excellence.
• **Building High-Performing Teams:** Recruit, coach, mentor, and develop talented associates while fostering an engaging, collaborative, and accountable culture.
• **Driving Financial Success:** Maximize occupancy, increase revenue, manage budgets, control expenses, and achieve ownership financial goals.
• **Delivering an Elevated Resident Experience:** Create a luxury living experience through exceptional customer service, proactive communication, and prompt resolution of resident concerns.
• **Protecting the Asset:** Maintain outstanding curb appeal, ensure preventative maintenance standards are met, and preserve the long-term value of both communities.
• **Executing the LUMA Playbook:** Lead with consistency by implementing company policies, operational best practices, and our core values every day.
• **Maintaining Compliance:** Ensure all operations remain compliant with Fair Housing regulations and all local, state, and federal requirements.
• **Building Relationships:** Develop strong partnerships with residents, vendors, ownership groups, and internal leadership while representing the LUMA brand with professionalism.

## Qualifications
## **Who You Are**
We're looking for a confident, experienced leader who enjoys building successful teams and delivering exceptional results.

You'll be successful in this role if you

• Have **3+ years of successful Property Manager experience**, preferably managing luxury communities with **100+ apartment homes**.
• Previous **multi-site management experience is strongly preferred**, or you have demonstrated success leading larger luxury communities.
• Have a proven track record of increasing occupancy, managing financial performance, and leading high-performing teams.
• Possess strong budgeting, forecasting, collections, rent roll, and financial analysis experience.
• Are proficient with property management software, Microsoft Office, and technology-driven operations.
• Have a thorough understanding of Fair Housing regulations and property management compliance.
• Hold a CAM, CAPS, ARM, CPM, or other apartment industry designation (preferred but not required).
• Possess a valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and current automobile insurance.
• Lead with professionalism, accountability, positivity, and a genuine passion for developing others.
