## Responsibilities

  • Calibrate, maintain, and ensure optimal performance of radiation therapy equipment.
  • Collaborate with radiation oncologists to develop and implement accurate, patient-specific treatment plans.
  • Perform routine and advanced quality assurance testing in compliance with national and international standards.
  • Support research initiatives and contribute to advancements in radiation therapy.
  • Train and educate clinical staff on radiation physics and safe equipment operation.
  • Ensure patient safety and compliance with all regulatory requirements.
  • Work closely with a multidisciplinary care team.
  • Solve complex clinical and technical challenges with support from the broader physics team when needed.
  • Stay current with advancements in medical physics and radiation therapy.
  • Participate in ongoing professional development.

## Qualifications
**Qualifications:**

  • Master’s or Doctoral degree in Medical Physics or related field.
  • Certification by the American Board of Radiology in Therapeutic Medical Physics or equivalent.
  • Holds HDR license or eligible
  • Strong background in radiation physics and extensive experience with radiation therapy equipment.
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and team collaboration skills.
  • Commitment to patient care and safety.
