Custodian

## Description

The Custodian is responsible for maintaining a clean, safe, and sanitary environment within the school premises to support a conducive learning and working atmosphere. This role involves performing a variety of cleaning tasks to ensure the school is well-maintained and presentable.

## Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous custodial or cleaning experience is a plus but not required.
• Ability to operate cleaning equipment (e.g., walk-behind floor machines, pressure washers) safely and effectively.
• Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks, lift 25–35 pounds safely, and use a step ladder securely
• Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining a clean and safe environment.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to follow instructions.
• Valid driver's license.
