## **What you'll do**

Execute hot and cold dishes consistently and efficiently throughout service

Complete daily prep with care and attention — mise en place is your foundation

Handle seasonal, locally sourced ingredients with respect and curiosity

Keep your station clean, organized, and compliant with food safety standards at all times

Communicate with your team — good kitchens are built on trust and clear communication

Adapt quickly to changing needs, new menu items, and the natural rhythm of a busy service

## Qualifications

## **What you bring**

At least 1 year of kitchen experience — hotel, restaurant, or otherwise

A positive attitude and willingness to grow and take direction

Basic knife skills and comfort working multiple stations

Ability to stay focused and composed during a busy service

ServSafe certification (or ability to obtain)

Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays

No culinary degree required — what matters most is work ethic, attitude, and a genuine love of food.
