As Front Office Manager, you're the heartbeat of the guest experience, the person who sets the tone the moment someone walks through the door.

### **What You'll Own**

• →Lead, coach, and inspire the front desk and guest services team across shifts
• →Craft arrival and departure experiences that feel personal, never transactional
• →Turn guest hiccups into wins with creativity, calm, and quick thinking
• →Manage daily front office flow — arrivals, reservations, room inventory, and billing accuracy
• →Partner with housekeeping, F&B, and events to keep the guest journey seamless
• →Be Asheville's unofficial concierge — connect guests to the food, art, and moments that make the city sing

## Qualifications
### **Who You Are**

• •A people-first personality - warm, unflappable, and genuinely curious about guests
• •2+ years in front desk or guest services, with some management, leadership or shift-lead experience
• •Comfortable with hotel systems (or a fast learner who's ready to be)
• •Flexible with schedules - hotels never sleep, and neither does great hospitality
• •Bonus points for a love of Asheville's arts, food, and community scene
