## Qualifications

• **Experience:** 2+ years in landscaping or lawn maintenance; previous supervisory experience preferred.
• **Knowledge:** Strong understanding of mowing techniques, turf care, and equipment operation.
• **Skills:** Leadership, problem-solving, time management, and communication.
• **Physical Requirements:** Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, work in various weather conditions, and perform physically demanding tasks.
