Spring Haven Senior Living is seeking a **detail-oriented and dependable Housekeeper** to join our team. This role is essential in maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for our residents.

## **Key Responsibilities**

• Clean and maintain resident apartments daily, ensuring high standards of cleanliness and sanitation
• Handle **high-volume cleaning responsibilities** efficiently while maintaining attention to detail
• Ensure all **common areas** (hallways, restrooms, lounges, etc.) are cleaned and maintained daily
• Dust, vacuum, mop, disinfect, and sanitize surfaces according to company protocols
• Remove trash and ensure proper waste disposal
• Report maintenance or safety concerns promptly
• Follow all infection control, safety, and housekeeping procedures
• Provide courteous and respectful interactions with residents, staff, and visitors
• Uphold Spring Haven’s mission by delivering **caring and compassionate service** in every task and interaction

• Day shift with weekend and holiday rotation as needed

## Qualifications
## **Qualifications**

• Previous housekeeping or janitorial experience preferred (healthcare or senior living a plus)
• Strong **attention to detail** with the ability to meet high cleanliness standards
• Ability to manage **high-volume daily cleaning tasks** efficiently
• Dependable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to follow instructions and adhere to safety protocols
• Physical ability to stand, walk, bend, lift, and perform repetitive cleaning tasks
• **Must successfully pass a drug screening**
• **Must pass an AHCA Level 2 background check**
