### **About the Position**

Royal Auto Group of San Francisco is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Janitor to join our team. This role is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and professional appearance of our dealership showroom, offices, and service areas. This is a **Monday through Friday** position, offering a stable schedule with no weekend work required.

### **Key Responsibilities**

• **Showroom Maintenance:** Clean and polish showroom floors and ensure all glass entryways are smudge-free.
• **General Cleaning:** Sanitize restrooms, breakrooms, and common areas daily.
• **Office Care:** Dust surfaces, vacuum carpets, and empty trash/recycling bins.
• **Facility Safety:** Keep the service drive and technician walkways clear of spills and debris.
• **Supply Management:** Monitor cleaning supplies and report when inventory is low.

## Qualifications
### **Requirements**

• Proven experience in janitorial or commercial cleaning preferred.
• A professional demeanor suitable for a luxury retail environment.
• Ability to work independently and follow a daily task list.
• Physical ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs.
• **Valid Driver’s License** (required for future advancement opportunities).
