Raleigh Medical Group, PA is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our internal medicine team in Raleigh. You’ll work alongside experienced providers in a collaborative, fast-paced environment focused on delivering high-quality, personalized care.

### **Responsibilities**
- Room and prepare patients for exams; assist providers during visits and procedures
- Obtain and document patient histories, vitals, and clinical information in the EHR
- Administer medications and treatments as directed
- Triage patient calls and provide guidance following clinical protocols
- Coordinate referrals, authorizations, and patient procedures
- Manage prescription refills in accordance with provider direction and protocols
- Provide patient education and support wellness initiatives
- Collaborate with clinical and administrative staff to ensure continuity of care
- Supervise and support medical assistants and other non-licensed staff as needed

### **Qualifications**
**Required:**
- Current North Carolina LPN license
- Current BLS certification
- At least one year of recent medical office experience, including EHR use
**Preferred:**
- Experience in internal medicine or multi-specialty practice
- ACLS certification
- Experience working with diverse patient populations
