Greet and welcome guests with a friendly and professional demeanor
Guide vehicles safely and politely through the car wash tunnel and assist with any special service requests
Build lasting relationships with guests and recommend products and services that best meet their needs
Explain available services, promotions, and packages to customers
Ensure a positive guest experience by addressing questions, concerns, or complaints promptly
Maintain cleanliness, appearance and organization of the car wash area
Monitor equipment and report any malfunctions or safety hazards to management
Assist with collecting payments, process transactions, and issue receipts accurately when needed
Create "Wow" moments for our guests by showing your commitment to our Mission
Assist with inventory management of cleaning supplies, promotional materials, and retail items
Follow Happy's safety procedures and operational guidelines and policies at all times
Support team members with tasks as needed
Have a servant's heart - Put the needs of others first
Maintain a polite and professional, clean cut image - perception is everything and represent the brand positively
Participate in training programs to stay updated on services, safety protocols, and customer service standards
Track customer feedback and provide insights to improve service quality
