**DOL Status:** Part-Time

**Exemption Status:** Hourly; Non-Exempt

**General Summary:**

Responsible for receiving incoming product and equipment and notifying the appropriate staff of its arrival. Monitor CCTV and report any potential issues to the Director of Security.

**Job Duties:**

• Demonstrates and embodies the PMI Entertainment Group Culture and Customer Service values.
• Ability to learn the complex CCTV system.
• Report in detail any potential issues within the complex.
• Report any issues with alarm systems to appropriate staff.
• Surveillance and communication skills.
• Monitor and authorize entrance and departure of employees, visitors, and other persons to maintain security of premises.
• Contact Law Enforcement and Director of Security in cases of emergency, presence of unauthorized persons or other incidents.

## Qualifications

• Interpersonal skills essential when interacting with Supervisors, Company staff and outside vendors and exhibitors.
• Experience working with CCTV.
• Knowledge of law enforcement and security practices normally acquired through participation in a protective services/law enforcement technical college program is helpful.
• Proven verbal and written skills required to communicate effectively and professionally with all levels of Company personnel, promoters/clients, and the public.
