*We are currently hiring for the following positions in Hyde park:***

**Position 1 – 21 Hours/Week**

• **Saturday:** 9:30 AM – 2:30 PM
• **Sunday:** 8:30 AM – 2:30 PM
• **Thursday & Friday:** 4:00 PM – 9:00 PM

**Position 2 – 27 Hours/ Week**

• **Saturday & Sunday:** 8:30 AM – 4:00 PM
• **Monday & Friday:** 8:30 AM – 2:30 PM

### What You’ll Do
As a DSP, you will provide hands-on support while building meaningful relationships with the people you support. Responsibilities may include:

• Teaching daily living and independence skills
• Assisting with healthcare and medication administration
• Preparing meals and maintaining a comfortable home environment
• Providing transportation using agency vehicles
• Encouraging communication, recreation, and community involvement
• Supporting individuals in achieving personal goals and living their fullest lives
